The two of them

One Isabel works with the body. The other works with the breath.

Her mother practiced medicine for thirty years before she came to the forest. Isabel leads the yoga, the breathwork and the sound sessions, and she's the one who answers when you write. Both of them are here every day, and both sit at the table with you at night.

You do not need to have done any of this before.

The week

Three things a day. One of them can be nothing.

One week of every month, Vibra closes to regular bookings and hosts a small retreat. Each month has its own focus. The week underneath stays the same: a long morning with both Isabels, breathwork, sound, a full day in the forest, dinner together every night, and plenty of hours with nothing on them.

Any other week

Or stay a few nights.

The rest of the month, Vibra works as a lodge. Rooms facing the forest, massages and herbal steam a few steps from your door, and a waterfall close enough to walk to.

No call needed. Book the nights you want.

The forest decides.

Vibra sits on the road between Puyo and Tena, where the Andes come down into the Amazon. Days are warm and evenings are cool enough for a sweater. There is a waterfall a short walk away and a natural pool below it. Some days it rains at exactly the wrong moment. Nobody here fights it.

The call

Isabel answers the phone.

Every retreat starts with a fifteen-minute call. Isabel walks you through the week, answers whatever you ask, and if it is not the right week for you, she will say so.
